She worked at Allianz as Director of Market Management Sector and Head of Strategic Market Management, managing Customer Experience, Marketing Communications, Market Research, Internal Communications, Call Center and Digital Development.
In the telecommunications sector, she spent 10 years in Vipnet (A1), building the CRM department from the very beginning as an expert and CRM manager.
As of 2020. she deals with business consulting in the field of customer experience, marketing and business strategy, and successfully leads projects and holds training in these areas.
